Merchants sign up to use an entirely automated, managed, secure and configurable Loyalty Program for their retail business. PointsZap participating merchants must have an Android Phone (iOS version will soon be available) available at the cash register, which they will use to dispense loyalty points to their customers. It’s possible to use multiple devices to dispense points – either because the same phone may not be available all the time, or because there are more than one cash registers or locations.

Customers download the PointsZap mobile app. When customers shop at PointsZap supporting merchants, they receive loyalty points on their mobile phones.

Merchants choose how to reward their customers. Each merchant chooses what's right for them. Merchants may choose to reward their customers based on the number of items they buy or the number of dollars they spend.
